if a needle is given that effects immediately after pregnancy, say within 1 or two weeks after becoming pregnant, and the needle with the drugs should alter the pregnancy, should there be a cleaning out of the uterus or should you see a ob-gyn or after getting a period would that be enough to clean out the walls

I am not sure I understand what you mean by a needle given, are you referring to IV drugs?
