I am an unrepresented injured worker who was allowed by the WCAB to attend a Defense deposition of my Panel QME.
The WCJ also ordered Defense attorney not to provide non-medical evidence to the QME nor should he ask question regarding non-medical information. How do I guard against this(how do I prevent this from happening).
