Question

bad skin

Sent to Health Experts June 04, 2004 6:59 p.m.

I used to have fair skin with an occational break out. My skin for the last 2-3 months looks bad. Mostly on my face. Not using anything new. It’s bumpy and very porus. I get little white heads ALL over my T zone and a bit down my neck and shoulders. I’m 10 lbs. heavier than last year. I’m always bloated. And my stomach hurts (uncomfortable) all the time. I’m on valnorm because my doctors think I have ABS. But I’m not so sure I do anymore. I don’t have regular bowl movements and by taking valnorm that’s the only way I can go.
The skin thing is bothering me the most, and like I said, I’m not using anything out of the ordinary.
Thanks!
