I have a patches of rashes that kind of form a oval. Around the edges, and as it spreads, it has tiny red bumps. The rast itches severly and I am using a prescription cream, but it is not helping. The doctors can't seem to find anything wrong, any ideas? The rashes are on my upper stomach, around my breast and on my upper arm.
