can acupunture help plantar fascitis how often can you

Can acupunture help plantar fascitis? How often can you have injections for plantar fasicitis? (Anti inflammatories and ESWT haven't worked, I have had 2 injections that helped a great deal, I wear custom orthotics)

If injections help you could get them several times a year(3 months inbetween say) - however they will have limited usefulness after a time.
after failing eswt your next option is surgical intervention

accupunture can be performed very frequently
because it does not utilize toxic chemical or drugs you could have it as often as you find it to be helpful and affordable
there is no real risk or long term downside
Does this answer your question? I thought you were referring to steroid injections having helped you in the past - sorry
