i have a white bump on my penis that doesn t bother me

I have a white bump on my penis that doesn't bother me, other than the fact that it's there. I have had it for about a month. What could it be?

What do you mean by "cauliflower-like"? The bump is actually red and the skin on the outside of the bump is kind of dry. Is there any OTC treatment for this? What could've caused this? And could this happen somewhere else on my body?

cauliflower-like meaning not smooth basically like cauliflower so you are saying it is not a white bump but a red scaly bump? 1%hydrocortisone cream may help - if not after 1 week get it checked. i'm not sure what could have caused it - we'll have to see how it resolves to get more clues
