i fell and have a puncture wound near my upper lip it is ...

i fell and have a puncture wound near my upper lip. It is deep, but not long in length. I already cleaned the wound and applied pressure, it took about a half hour for the bleeding to stop completley. Can I relax now or is there a chance that it could start bleeding again?
