i was born with white spots on my skin it s not a skin ...

i was born with white spots on my skin. It's not a skin disease. its just birth marks that were past on to me from my moms side. i know that laser treatment has improved, so my question to you is, do u think this marks i have can be removed or reduce pigmentation by laser treatment?
