I have a 9 years old son that is experiencing nausea and tiredness for the last 5 days. Has had no fever. Went to the Dr on Sat. and they said he might breakout in something like a virus or flu in the next couple days , but hasn't , is still having the nausea today and doesn't want to go anywhere cause he is afraid he is going to throw up, please help
