I have gastritis , but today out of the blue i started sneezing coughing sore thorat back ache and diahrrea. I dont know what is wrong is this some type of virus or part of the gastritis i should be worried about. I dont think gastritis causes sneezing so is this the flu or something? But im having diahrrea is that normal for flu what kind of virus could this be?

Since it started out of the blue which is how most colds or flus occur, it does appear as though you have the flu. It is normal with the flu to have diarrhea as well. All you can do is stick to a bland diet for a couple of days, eat things like rice, apple sauce, toast, crackers, make sure to drink what you can so you don't become dehydrated and lots and lots of rest. Generally about 3-4 days and you will feel back to normal again.
