Hi, I'm a 24 year old male who weighs 160 lbs. and at a height of 5'11." I am currently at 15% body fat. With a cardio workout 4 times a week and strength training 5 times a week. I am also consuming ~200 grams of protein and have also cut my fat intake into the minimal amount. I was wondering if someone would be able to give me an average number of how much muscle, in pounds, I could possibly add in 3 months and size, in inches, around my bicep and chest?
