i have ovarian cysts and I am post partial hysterectomy. left ovary measures 4.9 x 2.5 x 4.4 cm. there is a complex septated cyst within the left ovary measuring 2.1 x 2.1 x 2.6 cm with a second surrounding cyst next to it measuring 3.6 x 1.9 x 4.6 cm. i have gone to my ob/gyn and i didnt really understand his explaination. he is sending me for a ct scan of the pelvic area with contrast and said we would probably let it wait for about 3 months b4 doing anything to see what happens. (dissolves on its own, or get bigger?)    the ultra sound showed no free fluid in cul de sac and no mass is seen. right ovary appears unremarkable.
