I woke up at 3:45 AM this morning with a shooting pain in my right ear. The pain seems to shoot through my ear up to the outer ear. It has been increasing since I've been up an moving around. Nothing else hurts or seems to bother me. The pain is strong enough to make me wince when the pain occurs.
