what would be causing pain in my leg, close to the joint,when I lay on my back, its too uncomfotable to lay my leg staight, sometimes a high pillow helps or to lay on my side. But when I am standing, if I turn just so, it shoots a pain like a painful cramp or stabbing feeling. it makes sleeping hard staying on my side.
