i have hair on my neck and it makes me very self-concious. I have tried hair removal cream, lotions, and plucking. But it keeps growing back. And whats worse is that it grows back thicker, darker, and coarser. And the irritation that comes with the plucking has resulted in red bumps that are even more noticeable. I was wondering if there were any treatments that would make the hair go away or bleached white or translucent, without the red bumps and irritation. Like something from the dermatologist maybe?

Already Tried:
plucking the hair, putting antibiotics on the irritated neck skin, using creme hair remover and face hair bleach. nothing is making it less noticeable and it is making the skin on my neck more irritated and red.
