I can't seem to quit itching around the back of my neck all the way from my hairline to parts of my back and upper arms. It started in my scalp and I thought I had lice or something, but now it's lower and itches like crazy all the time. There is even little bumps that sometime appear like a rash. What could this be or are there any things I can do to help?
