I recently noticed a raised, pinkish white, growth on my upper thigh, it kinda looks like a pimple but doesn't have the black or white head associated with it, it doesn't itch or hurt to the touch, its not red, or cause me any discomfort at all the only pain there is, is the type of which that you experience when you pop a pimple, when i squeeze it, what could this by. I'm kinda worried, thank you.

could this be a dermatofibroma? see http://www.emedicine.com/DERM/topic96.htm
although typically described as brown to purplish it could also be pinkish/flesh colored or hypopigmented.
