ive been in extreme pain for 3 days now. the army docs thought it was just normal period cramps, but it cant be, ive spoted for 1 day and im still in pain, my entire stomach is bloated and hard. plus i threw up this morning. the urin sample came up good, is what they say. they didnt take any blood. it hurts my entire midsection to talk walk or even drive. ive never felt like this and i cant figure it out, please help me
