1. can the pressure applied to the bridge of a nose to extract a black head possilby cause dislodging of the nasal cartilage?

2. how minimal could the level of pain be from the disodging of nasal cartilage caused by applying pressue to the bridge of the nose?

it is difficult to dislodge the nasal cartilage and would require a tremendous traumatic force. this would not be a minimal level of pain by any means. the motion would likely cause bleeding as well. Simple extraction of a comedone (black head) would be unlikely to cause that type of damage.
