i have a skin problem i have been haveing sudding rashes that inflame lager areas of skin in 3 or more areas on my body

it has now gone over my whole body please this burns soo bad i have been waiting here for two day please help it has little white puss bubbles
if you touch it it will turn white and spread
its alll over my hands and feet manly but now it is on my face legs and arms
