Question

I bruise my shin bone - rise vein bloody lump inside.

I bruise my shin bone - rise vein bloody lump inside. After four days it become smaller , but wider and start to press some knee muscle . I can walk before, but now I can't even to stand up, I feel a big vein blood presure when get on feets. It last 3 days. How to treat and how long it will last?

sounds like a hematoma. (collection of blood under the skin) Your body will break this down on its own over time - weeks even. To speed it up you can use warm compresses to the area. Elevate the legs whenever possible above the level of your heart. (try 15 minutes when it causes pain)
