The answer to this question that I am about to ask could help me get my kids back, so please, I need an answer as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Our bathroom is very small. As you enter, the toilet is on the left and the bathtub/shower is straight ahead. When sitting on the toilet, there is approx. one foot of space between the tub and the left. If a small child of about age two fell into that spacefrom the toilet, is it at all possible for that child's head to ricochet between the toilet and tub resulting on each side of the head?

This is the only conclusion I can come up with to explain the bruises that my child had. My child had fallen off of the toilet at about Two am. one morning and toward the afternoon the bruises appeared. She had a nightmare and I had stayed up with her for several hours. I helped her onto the toilet and I only left for a moment to go and get my baby from the other room. When I returned she was climbing back onto the toilet and when I asked she said "I fell off the potty". I checked her out and she seemed fine. She didn't cry so I assumed she wasn't badly hurt. It wasn't until later that I noticed some bruising. She went to her father's house and when she returned the bruising was more prominent. I just assumed that the bruising had surfaced more as the day wore on. Were my assumptions wrong? What do you think?
