I have had this lump that started out as a pin needle size about a year ago. It is located on my upper back close to me right shoulder. Lately it started hurting and I have noticed it is getting bigger. The skin color doesn't seem like it changed. The lump feels hard and it doesn't feel like there is any fluid inside of it. It is under the skin and slightly raised. Can you help me figure out what it is?
