I have a vibration or "raspy" feeling that i sense in the penal shaft. It occurs in rythym, like breathing. How serious might this be? This has not been painful, just noticeable change recently. Additional information: I often have extended periods of erection at night or anytime when lying dowm. sometimes my right testicle feels sore after this. Could be relative to the problem above. I suspect something like a vericoceles (sp?)
Optional Information: Age: 42 Already Tried: I dont have DR, trying to research similar condition.

As I am a male, I do not think so. The sensation is felt at the head of the penal shaft. If I "pinch" it, to try and determine a different origin, the sensation is still there, though I cant tell where it comes from.

sorry about that, is the urine steam normal or diminished? you may have a renal calculi ( stone ) at the mid shaft, no blood when urinating? sometimes stones stones less than 0.4 mm can cause the same sensation, try drinking more fluids, if the pain persists get to the er.
