I have been suffering with what seem slike mountain ...

I have been suffering with what seem slike mountain sickness with the exception of diarrhea. It has been going on for two days now, should I take pepto to stop?

Yes you can take some Pepto-Bismol and make sure that you do not drink too much at once as far as liquids as this can make the nausea worse. Stick to clear liquids and a bland diet of boiled chicken or cooked rice as this is easier digestible to the stomach along with the dry toast. But yes I highly recommend the Pepto-Bismol if this has been going on for two days.
