On my penis I have a skin condition that has grown from a small area, to other small area's. The skin condition dries out the area of skin, and cracks it as well. It started on my testicles, but is now on my penis. It's strange because it keeps spreading in small area's but only on my penis and testicles. What is this?Optional Information: Male , Age: 20Already Tried: seen a uralagist. Applied lotion doesn't help at all
