one of my labia minoras has a red lump on it. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed it had something hard in it...it didnt have the normal feel. Today I woke up and there is a large red lump on it the size of a pencil eraser. It is a little tender. It seems like it may be some sort of a "pimple". I am a virgin and have never been sexually active...so I have ruled out STD's. I have some "cottage cheese" type discharge. And there is some odor.
