My nephews are fraternal twins. They are 2yrs. & 5 months. Unfortunately, I feel that there is something wrong with them. They do not establish good eye contact. They do not respond when you call their name. They are always in their own little world. They are aggressive. When they are angry they seem enraged. They are extremely hard to take care of because of their lack of understanding language. Their social skills are very much behind. One of them is not really speaking at all. The other one says about 10-20 words. I am concerned because they have multiple problems. I know that they can hear very well, they have been tested. What could possible be wrong with them? Is this a common problem among twins? They do not speak or have language with eachother as well.
