i have a red line about 1 inch in length and about a 1\16th in width on the side of my penis just below the head. It does not itch nor does it hurt. However it will not go away. Also, it is smooth, no bumps or anything like that. Some days it appears to be just about gone, then later its more red again. I have had this condition for a couple months and have not had sex during this time.
