Hello my name is crystal and I have a problem with a friend of mine who lives in pensicola florida. Last year he had a out break on his legs that started with little red looking bite marks. kinda like flea or some kind of bug bite marks. the only thing is that there were over 10 of thousands that started spreading up his legs. and they started to turn into blisters and were very painful for him. he was put in the hospital for two weeks on lots of antibiotics and no one could tell him what it was from they just made the swelling go down and sent him home a few days later with bandages on his legs. the bandages stayed on for 5 months. he has bad scaring and now it is comming back on his arms we just need help to find out what it is please help us.
