My friend was mauled by a dog on Saturday. She has no health insurance and is unemployed but was due to start a full time job this week. She will require several surgeries to repair her face. The dog attacked her face, she lost most of her upper lip and part of 1 cheek. Do you know of any assistance programs, or perhaps doctors that will provide pro bono work? Any information you can give me would be welcome.
