Hi,

If there is no swelling or tendernees or deformity or color change or range of motion limitation in the Achilles tendon area that is the right lover leg and back part of the right foot, then the pain is coming from the right hip area. An X-ray can help.An MRI of the Achilles tendon can help to make a diagnosis.
