how many times a week should i do tri-sets for my strength training?

how many times a week should i do or perform tri-sets for my strength training? wieght lifting and strength training. tri-set is working 3 muscle groups using 3 different exercises. I know everything else, but how do i design my workout, do tri-set 2 days a week or 3 or 4 or 5.
