I have a terrible pain where my tailbone is (right above my butt) and oddly it seems like the skin has a hole in it. It actually bled once but I'm scared and embarrassed to go to the doctor.

It's extremely weird and embarrassing to mention. I haven't done anything because I work a lot, but it's starting to hurt now like when I sit down.
