Lumbar Back Pain

Arthritis Lumbar Back - I've had 3 ESI Injections, 2 Facet Injections and no relief. I was taking 400 mg Celebrex Daily now I'm taking 7.5 Mobic still no relief. I do Yoga also. I need pain relief - what should I do next
