I threw up earlier today. My tonge was a blackish color before I brushed my teeth. After I brushed my teeth, the back of my tongue was still black. What could this mean? A couple of weeks ago I discovered a lump under my chin; it eventually went away, could this be apart of what's going on?

Actually I am asking for a friend. I gave him pepto bismol for the stomach aches, I gave him tylenol for head ache
