I have ruptured my glands before, so I know its not in the same spot. But I have had extremely bad coughing with dizzyness for four days. Two days ago a lump on both sides of my neck appeared, and they seam to be getting bigger. Theglands are more toward the top of the neck, under the jaw. These are on the bottom of my neck, more toward my throat, and pretty much touching my collar bone. What do you think it is?
