MY HUSBAND HAS SWELLING IN HIS RIGHT FOOT IT HAS 2 SMALL HARD BLACK LUMPS BY THE SWELLING. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

Is your husband diabetic? Did he injure his foot? Did he do anything recently where he could have gotten something in it (a pice of metal, thorn, etc) even without realizing it? Is anything draining from the lumps? What did the foot look like prior to the lumps being hard and black and when did this start?
