I have bumps in my vigina area that itch and hurt. I am on Spring Break and I am not in able to go to the doctors until Friday night. Is there anything i can get to relieve the itching and burning that I may get over the counter right now? I have first aid ointment like neosporin and I also have Desitin Cream. Can I use those at all?

I have tired triple antibiotic ointment on the cut i had in my vigina area, then last night the bumps appeared and are very irritating.
