Is there a way to tell if my daughter has been sexually absued. She is 18 months old and my first girl. I think it just doesn't look right. My mom was over this evening and changed her diaper and told me she thought it didn't look normal. I don't really know what normal is. I really don't suspect anyone at all and have no idea who could do such a thing.
