I would suggest a bland diet of cooked rice, boiled chicken or beef, dry toast, and some warm chicken broth as being diabetic it is important to keep your level up. Some pedialyte will help as well as long as you watch your sugar levels. I would also advise some coffee as well as this works as a home remedy for constipation as being diabetic it may be that a colonoscopy is in order so I would highly recommend an overall examination and bloodwork with your physician.
