I have noticed for quite some time involuntary twitching and muscle spasms in various parts of my body (i.e. legs, eyelid, hands, arms, etc.). Furthermore, I have noticed from time to time that I get numbness in my hands and feet. Do you have a possible explanation to these episodes?
