my gynecologist just prescribed birht control pills for me after finding a functional cyst on one of my ovaires. She told me to start right as my period was just ending. I thought my period was over this morning, so i took my first one. Then this afternoon i started bleeding heavier again, and have some moderate cramps (i usually only have cramps on my first day...and this month they were bad because of the cyst).

Should i be worried/stop taking the pills? My doc. is not available and i'm a bit concerned.
