My question has to do with health. I have been having pain in the middle upper stomach for more than 2 years now with bitter taste in the mouth, when i eat sometimes or do some minor work i'll start to heave, sometimes when i urinate it is the color of the orange, sometimes when i wake up in the morning sometime i'll feel so weak like a did a very tedious job, sometimes i have headache just like that on and off. could this be AIDS please advise me.
