i am having trouble with my lower legs. both legs feel like a spounge when i push on them. the right leg really hurts when move my foot up and down.can really feel ligament moving and makes a sceeching sound.

Hello

It is possible you have acquired a blood clot in your leg. The pain when moving your foot up and down is called a positive Homan's sign and is a possible symptom of a blood clot. I highly suggest you have this checked out.

It's better to be safe in this case.
