When I was a kid my 2 toes on my left foot, one next to big toe 2nd and 3rd toe couldn't take hot boots, the toes would turn a deep red. Then I'd take a sterilized needle and poke them to release the pressure. Now after 30 odd years the same 2 toes are doing it again only this time its not going away. They hurt but just the slight touch and when my feet get cold they are numb but yet hurt. I punctured the toe next to the big toe today and relieved some of the pressure but its still hurting really bad and red w/black area..before n after the puncture. I've been tested and all my blood work comes back excellent. What is causing this? I do have to see the dr on April 2nd but what might I beable to do in the mean time? I did soak it in hot salt water today and the pain was so bad afterwards I just wanted to cry.. Any suggestions as to whats causing this and how it might be treated? Oh and the toenails are not ingrown either if that helps. Thank You. Annette in Indiana
