What could a red/brown rash-like, not raised, looks like blood specs under the skin on a 24 year old male causing joint pain and extreme tenderness in the testicals. The specs under the skin feel warm and when rubbed-on, feel hot. The dematologist and blood tests can't find anything unusual. There are so many blood specs that some areas of the body look like there are solid red spots. A skin patch was taken and nothing showed up.
