I have this reoccuring rash on my neck chest and stomach, and arm, I have been to the emergency room 2 times this last month, they say it is an allergic reaction, caused by stress. It is very painful. and itchy. each time I go it seems to get worse. They give me oral steroids and a cream steroid, each time it takes it away, but it seems to come back. I went a week ago today. And I noticed today that it is coming back. do you have any Idea, how I can treat this for good.
