You have listed all the right things to try at home. If this is more than a couple of days without any improvement, then you will need to see your doctor. Chances are you will need an muscle relaxer etc to help.

Also, instead of the Tylenol take ibuprofen/Motrin, (you can take 600mg) which is good for any inflammation.
