I am 24 years old and this past December I started having optical migraines without a headache. However ever since then I have a headache every day with a horrible one about 3 times a week. Also, I have visual disturbances. I can't be outside in the sunlight because I get spots in front of my eyes that won't go away for 10 or 15 minutes. Any idea what this could be? I am going to a neurologist at the end of the month.
